- You must have installed the updated version of the app.
- Launch the updated app and view your profile.
- Just below your PIN located under your status update, you'll find the "Customize my pin" option.
- By tapping on this option, you will be redirected to a page where you will confirm your subscription.
- Confirm by logging in to your BlackBerry account and pay the $1.99.
